8-1-7: LIQUID FLOWING ONTO PUBLIC WAYS:
It is unlawful for any person to cause or allow water, grease, or other volatile fluid to flow or drain into, upon, over or across any sidewalk, parking, street, alley, or other public way. (2002 Code § 12.16.040; amd. 2013 Code)
