Any person who commits any act forbidden, or fails to perform any act required, in this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of an offense punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code and as set forth in the municipal bond schedule adopted by the governing body as provided in section 1-11-19 of this code. The conviction for the violation of any offense in this chapter shall not be recorded on the driving record of the person. (2013 Code)
