A. The operation of motorcycles, motor driven cycles, motorized scooters and mopeds within the corporate limits of the city is prohibited for persons under sixteen (16) years of age between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and four thirty o'clock (4:30) A.M.
B. In no event nor at any time shall an operator under the age of sixteen (16) years drive a motorcycle on a street or highway which has a minimum speed limit established and posted.
C. No person under sixteen (16) years of age shall operate any motorcycle, motorized scooter, motor driven cycle or moped having an engine size greater than one hundred twenty five (125) cc. (2013 Code)
