A. The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic control device applicable thereto placed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or law, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in this title. B. No driver shall drive through a filling station driveway, other driveway or private property so as to avoid the use of a street or highway or traffic control device. (2002 Code § 10.12.150)
