A. It is an offense against the city for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title. (2002 Code §§ 10.04.040, 10.04.200)
B. It is unlawful for a parent of a child or the guardian of a child or the guardian of a ward to authorize or knowingly to permit any such child or ward to violate any provision of this title.
C. It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to authorize or knowingly permit any vehicle registered in his or her or its name to be driven or to stand or be parked in violation of any provisions of this title. (2002 Code § 10.04.200)
D. No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or fire department official. (2002 Code § 10.04.050)
