The remedies that may be taken against a nuisance, and the various procedures for implementing those remedies and/or abating the nuisance, that are set out in this chapter are not exclusive of other provisions of law or ordinance and may be undertaken either instead of or in addition to such other provisions. The city may elect to undertake any and all available remedies and procedures, at law or in equity, available to the city under this chapter, any other ordinance or any statute with respect to abating any nuisance.
