6-5-4-4: PUBLIC NUISANCES AFFECTING OR CAUSED BY ANIMALS:
Animals and fowl may be declared a nuisance when:
   A.   Any animal or fowl scratches or digs into, or tramps on or over, any flowerbed, lawn, garden, tilled soil, vine, shrubbery or small plants, and in doing so commits an injury to the same.
   B.   Any animal or fowl habitually prowls around on any private property to the annoyance of the owner or occupant of the property.
   C.   Any animal or fowl goes into any garbage can or other waste vessel, or turns the same over, or scatters the contents of the same on the ground.
   D.   Any animal or fowl causes the continued making of loud or unusual noises which annoy persons of ordinary sensibilities. (Ord. 646, 3-21-2011)
