6-5-4-2: PUBLIC NUISANCES AFFECTING MORALS AND DECENCY:
The following are declared to be public nuisances affecting morals and decency:
   A.   All unlawful gambling houses, betting, bookmaking, slot machines, punchboards, and other similar devices, contrivances and apparatus used in such occupations.
   B.   All houses kept for the purpose of prostitution or promiscuous or otherwise unlawful sexual activity. (Ord. 646, 3-21-2011)
   C.   All places where alcoholic beverages and low point beer are manufactured, sold, bartered, given away or otherwise furnished in violation of law, or where persons are permitted to resort for the purpose of drinking alcoholic beverages and low point beer kept for sale, barter or distribution in violation of law, and all liquors, bottles, kegs, pumps, bars and other property kept at and used for maintaining such a place.    D.   Any vehicle used for any illegal purpose.
   E.   All obscene pictures, books, pamphlets, magazines and newspapers when displayed in a manner that makes them visible to the general public or passersby. (Ord. 646, 3-21-2011)
