The listing of certain acts, facts, conditions, or other things or matters herein declared to be nuisances is not meant and shall not be read to be exhaustive and shall not be construed to deny that any other act, fact, condition or thing may be a nuisance if such thing is a nuisance under any laws of the state or ordinances of the city.
