Further, any public nuisance may be abated by any public body or officer authorized by law. The city has adopted the procedures set forth in this chapter for the declaration, abatement and removal of nuisances. Such procedures are not exclusive of any other remedy available to the city under statute or ordinance. Such procedures are not exclusive of any other remedy available to the city under statute or ordinance. (Ord. 646, 3-21-2011; amd. 2013 Code)
