6-1-4: AIDING IN AN OFFENSE:
When no punishment for counseling, aiding, or abetting in the commission of a particular offense is expressly prescribed by ordinance, every person who counsels, aids or abets another in the commission of such is guilty of an offense and punishable in the same manner as the principal offender. (2002 Code § 9.04.030)
