A violation of the law in the city shall include, without limitation, the nonperformance of any acts required and/or the committing of any acts prohibited by this code and, where this code is silent, so required or prohibited by any state statute pertaining to the same conduct, whether or not such violation may be prosecuted in the Glenpool municipal court or shall be within the jurisdiction of the district court for Tulsa County.
