4-2-7: RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES:
Persons who conduct open burning in accordance with any of the provisions of this chapter are not exempt or excused from the consequences, damages, or injuries which may result from such conduct, nor are they exempt or excused from complying with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and orders.
