Bonfires shall be permitted to be kindled or maintained from dusk to dawn; provided, that the following requirements are met:
A. All bonfires shall be located a minimum of twenty five feet (25') from all buildings or structures and all property lines.
B. All bonfires shall be attended to at all times by a responsible adult with readily available means of extinguishing the fire.
C. All bonfires shall be extinguished thoroughly with no smoldering.
D. No bonfires shall be permitted to burn whenever drought or extreme weather conditions exist or when a ban on burning has been placed into effect by the city fire department or other competent governmental body. (2013 Code; amd. Ord. 795, - -2021)
