A. Permit Required: The burning of paper, trash, leaves, brush, rubbish, garbage, and refuse of any nature whatsoever may be performed within the city only after having received permission from the city fire chief or his designated representative.
B. Term Of Permit: Once a permit for burning is obtained as set forth herein, such permit shall be good for a period of seven (7) days. The counting of days shall begin with the day the permit is received as the first day of validity. (Ord. 499, 5-19-2003; amd. Ord. 795, - -2021)
