All persons, firms and corporations operating pool, snooker, or billiard halls shall close their places of business in which such tables are operated at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight or earlier, and shall not reopen the same for business before seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on the next day. All such places shall be closed all day on Sundays except between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) P.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. (2002 Code § 5.28.030)
