The regulation of the subdivision of land and the attachment of reasonable conditions of approval to any such subdivision of land is a valid exercise of the police power delegated to the city by the state of Oklahoma. The subdivider has the duty to comply with said reasonable conditions established by the planning commission regarding the design, public dedications, improvements, and restrictive uses of the land so as to conform to the physical and economic development of the city as contemplated by the comprehensive master plan adopted by the city, and to the safety and general welfare of future owners of realty within the subdivided lands and the city community as a whole.
