Charges for the following inspection, utility hookup, license, application and permit fees, along with a list of potential fines for development activities undertaken without any applicable inspection, utility hookup, license, approved application or permit required by any of title 10 (building and development), title 11 (zoning), title 12 (subdivisions) of this code or by any other applicable code or lawful requirement, as the same may be from time to time adopted, amended, deleted or replaced, are expressly incorporated herein by reference and shall be maintained on file in the offices of the city community development department. The following list is meant to be suggestive only. The requirements for development in the city and the corresponding charges, fees and penalties, as may from time to time be amended by the city council, shall be maintained in the community development department and shall be relied upon as comprehensive.
