A. Highway, Street, Alley, Roadway Or Right Of Way: No person shall abandon a vehicle upon any highway, street, alley, roadway, or right of way thereof.
B. Public Or Private Property: No person shall abandon a vehicle upon public or private property without the express or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful possession or control of the property. (Ord. 467, 7-26-2000)
