A. Variations: Where the council finds that extraordinary hardship will result from a strict compliance with any of the provisions herein above, it may vary the standards and regulations hereunder for the accomplishment of the public interest secured hereby.
B. Amendments: The council may, upon its own motion or upon recommendations of the fire chief or police chief, make amendments to this chapter. (Ord. 432, 4-23-1997, eff. 6-1-1997)
