4-1-6: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

No collector or person shall haul, transport or dispose of any solid waste within the areas covered by this chapter except to the designated landfill or disposal site provided hereunder by Elmore County. (Ord. 432, 4-23-1997, eff. 6-1-1997)
