The agency shall be governed by a board of commissioners consisting of a minimum of five (5) or maximum of seven (7) commissioners. The mayor shall appoint two (2) city council members to serve on the board as commissioners for the agency and shall appoint a minimum of three (3) additional commissioners. All appointments by the mayor must be ratified by majority vote of the city council. The mayor may appoint up to five (5) commissioners to serve on the board. (Ord. 12-547, 5-8-2012)
