The city clerk may be the ex officio clerk of the zoning commission and keep its records and notify it of the filing of applications for permits. Written records of meetings, hearings, resolutions, findings, studies, permits and actions shall be maintained and open to the public. (Ord. 272, 1966; amd. 2004 Code)
