A. Application: The subdivider may request an extension of the preliminary plat approval beyond the one year approval period by submitting a request, in writing, to the administrator.
B. Acceptance Of Application: The application must be received and accepted as complete by the administrator prior to the expiration date of the preliminary plat.
C. Fee: The fee for such extension shall be one-half (1/2) the fee paid for the original application.
D. Council Deliberation: The council, at its next available regularly scheduled meeting, shall determine whether the preliminary plat complies with all of the applicable requirements set forth at the time of application for the time extension and may extend the preliminary plat approval for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months.
