A. Chairman: At the first meeting of the commission, it shall elect one of its members chairman, and then on the first meeting following the first of January of each year thereafter the commission shall meet and organize by electing a chairman to serve as such chairman for one year. B. Other Officers: The commission shall create and fill such offices as it may determine necessary for the proper conduct of the affairs and business of the commission. (2004 Code)
