10-5-12: FAILURE OF WATER SUPPLY:
The city shall not be liable under any circumstance for a deficiency or a failure in the supply of water whether by the shutting off of the water to make repairs or connections, or for any cause whatsoever. (Ord. 16-561A, 11-8-2016)
