10-3-30: SEWER CONNECTION, PERMIT AND INSPECTION:
   A.   Application For Service: To obtain city sewer service, the owner or said owner's agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the city. A permit and inspection fee shall be paid to the city at the time the application is filed. Also, the owner or said owner's agent shall pay to the city, at the time the application is filed, a connection charge in the amount as provided for in section 10-3-31 of this chapter. The amount of the permit and inspection fee shall be determined by the mayor and council.
   B.   Materials And Method Of Construction: The materials of construction of the sewer service line and the methods to be used in excavating, placing of the pipe, jointing, testing and backfilling of the trench and surface replacement shall all conform to the requirements of specifications and codes as have been or may be adopted by the city.
   C.   Separate Connections Required; Notice For Inspection: A separate and independent city sewer service connection shall be provided for each building. The applicant for the city sewer service connection shall notify the city when the connection of the sewer service connection and line to the public sewer main is ready for inspection.
