8-8-14: VIOLATION OF CHAPTER A MISDEMEANOR:
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) or thirty (30) days in jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
