No person shall throw, dump or deposit any waste, refuse or garbage on the airport. All waste, refuse or garbage shall be placed and kept in closed garbage cans or containers and all operating areas shall be kept in a safe, neat, clean and orderly condition at all times and in such a manner so as to minimize any hazards. All waste disposal must otherwise comply with this code. (Ord. 509, 6-28-2005)
