8-8-6-8: COMPLAINTS AGAINST COMMERCIAL OPERATORS:

Complaints against any commercial operator for the violation of the ordinances of the city or any other rule or regulation shall be made in writing, signed by the complaining party and shall specify the nature of the complaint, the time of its occurrence and witnesses, if any. (Ord. 509, 6-28-2005)
