No lessee, licensee or any other person shall construct, alter or remove any improvements of any kind at the airport without the prior approval of the council. The council may require an appropriate bond to guarantee the completion of any construction or alteration in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the council. All improvements shall be constructed or altered in compliance with the airport manager, city council and federal aviation administration (FAA) standards and regulations. (Ord. 528, 11-30-2007)
