8-8-3-7: AIRPORT LICENSE NOT TO BE TRANSFERRED:
Licenses and permits issued to conduct any business or other activity at the airport shall not be assigned, sold or transferred in any manner without the written consent of the council. (Ord. 509, 6-28-2005)
