Prior to the issuance of any license to conduct any business at the airport, an annual license fee shall be paid to the city according to the schedule set forth from time to time through resolution.
Each of the services or businesses offered by each applicant shall be listed on the application. Regardless of the number of services offered, no applicant shall be required to pay more than a total amount in annual license fees as set by resolution. Each license shall commence January 1 of each year and expire December 31 of the same year. Any applicant applying for a license after July 1 of any year shall pay only one-half (1/2) of the above fees and the total fee shall not exceed a fee as set by resolution. (Ord. 509, 6-28-2005)
