All applications for licenses to conduct any commercial or business activity at the airport shall be made to the council through the airport manager upon forms provided by the city. Each such application shall be signed by the business owner seeking a license. Upon receipt of an application by the airport manager, he/she shall examine and consider the application and forward it to the council with his/her recommendation as to the granting of the license. The council may hold a public hearing on the question of whether the license should be granted. (Ord. 528, 11-30-2007)
