No signs shall be erected or maintained in, on or over the streets, sidewalks and alleys lower than ten feet (10') from the surface of the ground; the same shall not extend into the street further than the curb line thereof. (Ord. 164, 9-9-1927; amd. Ord. 23-600, 3-14-2023)
