7-3-3: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE CITATIONS:
Law enforcement shall have the authority to issue citations for any use of fireworks in violation of the fireworks act adopted in section 7-3-1 or prohibited by section 7-3-2 of this chapter. (2004 Code)
