6-2-4: PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   A.   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   B.   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency. (1961 Code § 10-7-15)
