3-4-3: UNINVITED SOLICITATION:
The entry upon private premises or the going into private residences, offices, business establishments or public buildings by solicitors not having been requested or invited so to do by the owner, occupant or person in control of such private premises, residences, offices, business establishments or public buildings for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares, merchandise, books, pamphlets lottery tickets or other similar items of property, or for the purpose of selling, disposing of, peddling or hawking the same, is hereby defined and declared to be a nuisance.
