3-4-2: USE OF ALLEYS OR STREETS:
No vendor of any goods, wares or merchandise of any description or character shall use or occupy any street, avenue, alley or public way in the city for the purpose of vending, selling, bartering, or giving away of such goods, wares or merchandise. (1983 Revised Code § 5.16.010)
