3-3-3: CLOSING HOURS:
   A.   Card Game: No authorized card game may legally be played from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. on Monday through Friday of each week. Authorized card games may be played during any hour on Saturdays and Sundays. (Ord. 02-2009, 3-17-2009)
   B.   Gaming Device: All gaming devices shall be shut off each day during the hours from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. (Ord. 15-85, 5-18-1987; amd. 2004 Code)
