A. Cleanup Bond Required: Before any circus, menagerie or carnival shall be allowed to operate within the city, a cleanup bond in an amount to be determined by the city council shall be deposited with the finance clerk/treasurer, conditioned that the same will be refunded if, upon departure, the area used for such circus, menagerie or carnival has been properly cleaned up to the satisfaction of the city.
B. Penalty: Every person, firm or corporation and all their agents carrying on or conducting a circus, menagerie or carnival who shall fail to deposit such cleanup bond required in subsection A of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
