Notes:

    1.    Setback 1 foot for each foot of structure height, but in no event less than 10 feet.

    2.    Accessory or other structures shall not exceed 3 stories or 45 feet.

    3.    A lot not served by public sewer or water shall be a minimum of 1 acre.

    4.    Accessory structures housing, keeping or sheltering livestock or fowl shall be setback 50 feet from any property line and 50 feet from any dwelling.

    5.    Accessory structures housing, keeping or sheltering livestock or fowl shall be setback 100 feet from any property line and 50 feet from any dwelling.

    6.    A two-family or multi-family dwelling shall contain not less than 1,500 square feet per unit and the lot shall contain at least 7,500 square feet.

    7.    Multi-family and townhouses shall have a side yard of 8 feet.

    8.    Boarding, fraternities and sororities shall have a lot frontage of 60 feet.

(a)    Where a business or industrial districts abuts a residential district, the front yard setback shall be 20 feet and rear yard setback 20 feet.
