11-3-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS:

For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the city, the city jurisdictional area is hereby divided into the following types of districts:

AG	Agricultural district
AR	Agricultural residential district
R-1	One-family residential district
R-2	One-family and two-family residential district
R-3	Multiple-family dwelling district
R-4	Multiple-family dwelling and townhouses district
RP	Residential professional district
NCL	Neighborhood commercial district
C-1	General commercial district
C-2	Central business district
C-3	Highway commercial district
M-1	Light industrial district
M-2	Heavy industrial district
