A. Compliance With Rules And Regulations: The water department may decline to serve an applicant until he has complied with the rules and regulations governing water service.
B. Installation Of Piping Equipment: The water department may refuse to serve an applicant if, in its judgement, the applicant's installation of piping equipment is regarded as hazardous, illegal, or of such character that satisfactory service cannot be given.
C. Duty To Inform: In the event that the utility shall refuse to serve an applicant under the provisions of this rule, the utility must inform the applicant that the request may be submitted to the commission for decision. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
