A. Provided By Department: The water department shall, upon request give its customers such information and assistance as is reasonable, in order that customers may secure safe and efficient service.
B. Explanation Of Rates: The water department shall explain to the customer at the beginning of service, or whenever the customer shall request, the water department rates applicable to the type of service furnished. The water department shall also supply the customer, upon request, a copy of the water department rate or rates applicable to the type of service to be furnished.
C. Records Maintained For Inspection: The water department shall maintain in its office for inspection by the public, the following:
1. A copy of the rates, rules and regulations of the water department and forms of applications.
2. A copy of these rules and regulations. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
