A. Written Application: All customers desiring water service must make written application at the office of the water department on printed forms provided therefor, setting forth in said application all purposes for which water will be used upon their premises. In cases where the customer is not the owner of the premises, the customer is primarily liable for payment for his water service and the property owner is ultimately liable for such payment.
B. Signature Of Property Owner Required: All applications for the introduction of water service to any premises must be signed by the property owner.
C. Change Of Contracting Customer: Any change in the identity of the contracting customer at a premises will require a new application for water service. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
D. Deposit Required: All customers applying for water service who are tenants shall pay a deposit upon application as set forth in subsection 1-12-2C of this code. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
