Water for construction purposes will be furnished through temporary meters and paid for at the regular meter rates. In addition to the cost of the water, the customer will be required to pay the actual cost of setting and removing the temporary meter. In case it is not possible or practical to set a temporary meter, the cost will be determined by applying the regular meter rates to a quantity of water estimated by the city.
