A. The water department will not make collections for any secondary meters, and all water charges for any single building must be paid by one consumer when water is supplied by meter measurement through one service.
B. In no case will the water department furnish water from one meter to two (2) or more houses, whether the same are owned by one person or not. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
