A. Flat Rate: Flat rates will cover the use of water for domestic use where impractical to meter.
B. Furnishing Water Without Permission: If a customer furnishes other people with water without permission from the water department or uses water for purposes other than those the consumer is paying for, it is a violation of the consumer's contract with the utility.
C. Notice Of Violation; Discontinuance Of Service: Ten (10) days after the consumer in violation has received written notice from the water department, the water department may have the water shut off and service discontinued.
D. Service Reestablished: When the unauthorized service has been paid for, together with payment of the reconnecting charge, service will be reestablished. (Ord. 03-2001, 3-20-2001)
