A. Liability For Charges: The owner and occupant of each premises to which municipal sewer service is rendered or made available shall be jointly and severally liable for all charges imposed for such service.
B. Bills Combined With Other Statement: All bills for such service shall be made a part of the statements, if any, for water service to the same premises, and no payment of water or sewer charges so billed shall be accepted without payment of both of said items.
C. Due Date: Sewer charges shall become due and payable on the tenth day of each month.
D. Noncompliance: If any bill is not paid on or before the thirtieth day of the month when due, or upon failure of customer to comply with all rules and regulations established for the sewer system within seven (7) days after written notice of violation thereof, the water service to the premises involved shall be discontinued and shall not be resumed until payment of all past due bills for water and sewer service and compliance with all such rules and regulations.
